My Personal Settings have Vanished!

I logged on to play some FC25, and when I did my personal settings were gone. I restarted my pc, checked the game files and there is nothing there. I can see my ultimate team is fine obviously, but I have played nearly 500 hours on Career modes mainly and all that progress is gone. EA please tell me there is a way to fix this.

(I usually launch through steam and have never had an issue.)
