my play station account is linked to an ea account that i can log into

I have been going around in circles for hours! I'm trying to play online on FC25. it is not logging in so I decided to log in on my mac. However, when trying to log in to my EA account it says it's b...

    If the EA account has been disabled, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
     
    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
