My PSN User randomly changed the server

Hey, 

something happened today while playing WL. Ive always been on a stable 40ms ping (South east Asia) 

When i went to play WL; every opponent i met i had 300ms, I already checked ea connection quality control and it says 44ms.

There has to be a way to change it? i literally cant play the game anymore, because every guy i meet im stuck with 300+ .
