Fut Champions Bug

Today i played was FUT champions, i was 2-5 and played the next game, i had won this game and at the end it said “ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment please try again later” this was during my completion of the play 15 games objective, i have now lost access to it as it went down as a loss when i was 12-9 up and won, it counted as a forfeit which did not count as a game played, i am now 2-6 instead of 3-5 and have lost my chance to get the reward. Video clip and photo evidence can be supplied if needed.
