my screen is bugged

i was opening an 88+ campaign player pick in FC25 but the software on my nintendo closed and now it is stuck in the background. no interactable sprites, just the stupid background of my "stadium". please help soon i am unable to play ultimate team. it has been like this for 2-3 days. thanks
