My Season 9 weekly rewards packs are missing.

Has anybody completed the Season 9 weekly play but did not get rewards for completion??

I never got the Futties team 4 player pack or the 5x Futties/gotg pack you
 get for completing 

No EA help anywhere, completed this weekly play by doing 5 Rush games and 5 Squad battles and its done green tick but says 0/1 completed so i dont get the weekly rewards nor do it the full season reward or 5 top players.

No way to contact EA, no way to open a ticket now and if this isnt sorted out im done and wont be buying 26, tired of this rubbish from EA

I completed the weekly play, alongside the weekly play completionist objectives and i haven’t received the rewards. It shows they are claimed but haven’t seen any of the packs.Can someone take a look? Thank you

I have completed my Futties season 9 weekly challenges, yet I can't get my weekly rewards. How do I get them?

NoisyBoi47​ You already completed the Season 9 Weekly Play Completionist objectives when you finished Week 4 last week. In this set of objectives, you can complete any four of the five available. Once you achieve completion, the rest of the segments will be grayed out. As a result, you will not receive rewards for those parts. I have highlighted this with red lines in your images. I hope you understand how these types of objectives work.
