,,near matchmaking" is BROKEN! thats the reason for this gameplay

so in my last 5 matches

i got matched with

- Romania (feels like playiing on 200 ms)

- Egypt (feels like playing on a potato server)

- Turkey (feels like i cant even control anything)

- 2 Germans (perfect fast gameplay no delay)

how on earth is it possible to get matched with Romania egypt and turkey if im located in GERMANY frankfurt ?! with NEAR MATCHMAKING ON ????

this game has more then enough players near my location for WL qual and WL matches same for Rivals
