New topi

So i have ea play pro but didn’t receive my 1600 fc points for 3 months on fc25. After going to ea help they informed me there is a bug with my game and make a topic about it.

    Hey @izatosan, Depending on when you purchased your EA Play Pro membership, you will receive your points at the end of each month for 3 months.  

     

    You can find a detailed explanation for this here.

    The 4800 FC Points will be provided in monthly installments of 1600 per month for 3 consecutive months beginning as early as September 27, 2024. Requires an active EA Play Pro subscription and monthly login to Ultimate Team mode prior to the last day of each month for the next FC Points drop to be available in-game the following month.

    Hi so new month i log in everyday on fc25 ald again did not receive the points. Who can help me to fix this ?
