New update causes DXGI Error Device Hung error on PC

Game crashes when booting into a match with new update. DXGI Error Drive Hung. Yes, I have the latest Graphics Drivers, and yes, I have restarted my PC.

No issue's before the update, now constant crashes. Update has broken the game on PC.
