Wow, what a very attentive customer service experience here—maybe next year you might get an answer if you’re lucky!
Users on switch experience this multiple times a week. Deleting and redownloading various times a week in the hopes of the game not disconnecting for no reason. I also hardwired my switch via LAN adapter so it’s not my connection. Something is wrong with your game on Switch.
You can tell just how much EA cares to fix issues that affect their player base—how lucky are we?! Kudos to the EA team on the response!
