No sounds when playing online on FC 25

Just bought FC 25 got some issues, no sounds when appear/reconnect online but if i playing in offline mode sounds appear

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open EA FC 25, then tryna to connect no sounds, but if offline sounds appear on my speakers
What happens when the bug occurs? Just no sounds if playing online mode, if not all good
What should be happening instead? Normal running of EA FC 25
