No welcome packs

I didnt recieve any of my welcome back packs that everyone else got. Been playing every year on same account since fifa 17

    Hey @Benayoun96,

    If you look at our early web/companion access article:

    To qualify for returning user rewards, you need to have logged into EA SPORTS FC™ 24 more than once by July 31, 2024.

    If you qualify and your account is in good standing, your rewards will appear in your Web and Companion Apps on September 18, 2024.

    As such, if you've received a ban in FC24, you won't be eligible for the returning user rewards.

    Could you quickly check your ban history just in case? I assume you've been playing since before July 31st.
