Not getting credit for wins

I was playing my champs qualifiers games and got a win however I got kicked out of ultimate team before I could claim the win so when I logged back into ultimate team, it said I didn’t get the win and took the game from me, leaving me with 1 game and 2 wins required to qualify. Really really frustrating considering I won my final game
