Objectives bugged

Hey there, when the most recent season started on FC 25 I completed the weekly objectives but had not got my FUT birthday pack until the next week when I completed it again. It says I only completed it once but have done so for the past 3 weeks and now I should be getting my Immortals pack but still am currently getting my Dreamchasers pack.

Any chance I would be able to get the compensation for it? It was 2-3 weeks ago but I didnt know how to request for it.
