Locked 97 Koeman card not usable in my club (PC)

Hello,I had two copies of the 97-rated Ronald Koeman (Fantasy FC Heroes) card in my club. I used or sold one of them, but the second one is now bugged and unusable.
The card only appears in Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) and in the Companion App, but I cannot interact with it in any way:

• I can’t add it to my squad
• I can’t send it to my transfer list
• I can’t quick sell it
• There is no “Add to active squad” option available

There is also a warning icon (!) on the card, and I currently have no Quick Sell Recovery slots available, so I can’t risk losing the card permanently.
Please help me unlock or restore this card to my club.
