Ongoing Issues with FC25 – Store and Season Pass Crashes

Dear EA Sports Support Team,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding persistent issues I have experienced while playing FC25 on my PS5 for the past month. Despite reinstalling the game multiple times, I am still unable to access the in-game store, and the game frequently crashes when I try to use the Season Pass features. These problems have made it very difficult and disappointing to enjoy the game.
I genuinely want to support the next release, FC26, but the ongoing crashes with the Season Pass and store have made me very unhappy.
I would appreciate it if you could address these issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.
