Ongoing Issues with Gameplay Performance in EA FC 25 on PlayStation 5

@nuffledesma amigo aqui estou enfrentando a mesma coisa que você! Jogo no Xbox series S e o jogo esta simplesmente injogavel cara, igual você descreveu aí...a bola rola lenta meus jogadores não correm mal conseguem dominar a bola, muito frustrante isso cara. E sem falar que está beleza de jogo FC25 está baixando o upload da minha  Internet pra piorar ainda mais. E é só no FC25 eu voltei a jogar o FC24 e está normal upload estável tudo ok o problema é só no FC25. E na primeira semana do lançamento não estava assim, o jogo estava normal daí veio os updates e só pioraram o jogo. É muito frustrante você comprar o jogo na pré venda versão ultimate e não poder jogar direito. Você até tenta jogar mais não da pois estou sempre em desvantagem, até mesmo no squad está com o mesmo problema. Um descaso total!     Já que eles não resolvem poderiam reembolsar os clientes.

This company is just a scam, I never seen as bad support as they are. They are always lie to you on conversations, blaming you and your connection for bad gameplay, and my favorite: WE ARE INVESTINGATING THE ISSUE, AND WE ARE CHECKING IT WITH OUR TEAM… oh and… This issue is HIGHLITED, With maximum priority… of course… 

I received ZERO feedback about the problem, they not contacted me, they don’t care about.

I have this issue for years, so I decided to quit.

I wish some strength for you too… it’s not worth to F U C K up yourself, about this game what is a beta version unfinished  untested crap,  by a scam company. 

good to know, i was planning to buy a gaming router...not going to waste my money on this pathetic game.

Today i decided to delete the game and never going to buy a EA game again. I tried exactly all the same troubleshooting and fixes but nothing worked! I bought a new tv that supported VVR on PS5 and I actually got better gameplay but only for some time. ☹️ couple of hours and then it was back to sluggish and unresponsive 

what I have noticed in this game is when gameplay is trash and I delete out of frustration, I download it again after a week or so and it's good again for days then it goes back ro being trashy.

I really don't understand where's EA going with this and they don't provide solutions. 

Btw the game sales and play time is decreased so bad, I only bought the game because it was on discount even with that I regret buying it.

The same issues come up every year and the community wishes the same thing that they'll fix it because of the time they invested into their team.

Context:  I've been playing since '17, quit FUT after '21 but played casually online seasons because there is zero time commitment to "keep up" however got back on FUT on Black Friday.  I've tried wired EVERYTHING, changing internet providers, playing with the DNS server settings, gaming monitor, changing my PS4 Pro HD with a solid state one, etc.  Im not buying or changing anything on my PS5 now, it won't make a difference.  I did everything in the past and the game is the same every single year, same with the community.

Lesson - its not going to change, they'll just make up a new marketing campaign to suck you in each year.  Time is too precious to get mad at a game or be angry with something that doesn't give a sh!t about you other than trying to squeeze your wallet and steal your time.  Spend time with family, they won't be here forever.  As I said, this game and all its issues will be here each and every year.  

It's the first time I'm looking for help, answers and solutions. But I'm already here and playing for some time to say the least... well at least since FIFA 96, but who cares?
After reading all of your sharings, it's disapointing of course but unfortunately not surprising.
Nothing will be done. I can't even find online (googling etc) where to upload and send feedback to EA. I'm sure some of you remember a message with a link, encouraging gamers to share its problems, something like EA tracker or ... eafc25.com/tracker ? I can't remember exactly
I got 3 or 4 recorded matches in a row to show how bad , and how affecting my game (our game) this gameplay is.
I got all the conditions, internet connection speed, router cable, TV etc everything just like some of you mentioned and listed in the first message by nuffledesma...
Ingame: I have a pretty good squad, fast and good players, my level is not top leagues but ... what I got as gameplay responsiveness is just unacceptable, and this may easily sound like some loser frustration. It's not that, it's about being conscious of winning and losing is part of the game. Being aware of it. And so I have losses and wins results, but the matter is in the match itself. Gameplay

I'm just wondering, this week there was a small update, did anyone noticed if it is linked to it? Did it got worse ??

The update didn’t help our gameplay! I gave now created 4 new accounts on ps5 to try the gameplay! The first 2-5 hours the gameplay is fine, but then the sluggish and unresponsive gameplay starts and it’s impossible to play the game again!!

I found a possible solution, it was tested by me, it works 100% for me.

In pop hours yes, its slower, but CONSISTENT.  Absolutely playable now, i think this is the solution for our problem.
