They hide behind it being our connection. Despite their own tools showing connection to be more than enough to play the game.

  Yeah. I literally play semi-competitve shooters and I'm a software developer. I know when I have issues with my broadband/ISP. I am convinced they simply have no idea what to do, or they have some solution but they'll only deploy it with FC26. I don't think a scummier gaming company exists than this lot.
