Hey @berkeemer003 Since you have your console from your friend, have you already registered your own PlayStation and EA account? Log out and sign back in to make sure you are using your own profile.

Hi! The account was my friend's account. I changed the e-mail address. I do not experience such a problem while playing Call of Duty Black Ops3. Do I need to have my own account to avoid this problem?
