Online Service disabled - PS4 - EA FC 25
My 14 year old son pre-ordered EAFC 25 a couple of months ago on his Playstation 4 account. He installed it this morning but keeps getting the message:
"Online service is disabled on your Account ...

Anyone heard something new from EA today? Will EA fix the problem or what are they gonna do? Seems to be a lot of people with the same problem so they can’t ignore it, right?
We’ve paid a lot of money for this EA, please fix this or at least give us a serious respond and let us know what happened. @EA_cuervo
My 13 year old son has the same problem, PS4, restrictions on his profile. No issues with other games such as fortnite or previous iterations of FIFA, FC24 etc.
Been saving up for this to buy at full price for a while now and is devastated that his mates are playing online, but he can't.
This is typical of the lip service that companies pay towards online protection - they provide a half baked service with so many complexities that most of us just give up!
Any update from EA firstly accepting that this is an issue with their product and secondly providing a timeline as to when this will be resolved satisfactorily?
No proper response yet but we have had an email from EA saying they are looking into it.....but not holding my breath.
Following this, my 14 year old son is absolutely livid. He can play EA GC 24 perfectly fine, Fortnite, every single other game on it ain't, just not the £90 game he's been counting down the days to.
In a week's time he may as well have bought the cheaper version. Come on EA otherwise you're going to have lots of issues demanding refunds
