Online Service disabled - PS4 - EA FC 25

Much as I regret giving more money to either Sony or EA I can confirm this worked fine today when upgraded son to a PS5.  No changes to parental settings, no bypassing restrictions.  Just worked.  Makes it even more ridiculous that it doesn’t work on PS4 and that neither Sony or EA can be bothered fixing it on PS4.

Same happening to us. Any suggestions to help??? Please and thank you 

Trying to get a refund for the game now but struggling. It’s been passed to another internal team for investigation. Been told I will get an email within 5 days.

Who do we email, regarding a refund.

Son is 14 (last month) still can't access it

I just went to PlayStation Support in the website and chose the request refund option. They will try to hide behind the 14 day returns policy and saying you’re not eligible if you’ve played the game at all. I’m not confident of a satisfactory result but if enough of us kick up a fuss about it who knows.

Hi there I am writing to complain abot fc 25 as I bought the game .

yesterday however was frustrated to find that my parental controls apparently weren't allowing me to have access to features on my ea account consequently I wasn't able to play most features on the game.However this was never an issue on the Old fc24 game as my ea account was fine ,no  parental controls have been changed on my ps4 so that means there was a problem with ea .

I have attached a photo of what it's showing to help resolve the problem ,of this is not resolved I report tgis further and review the poor service of ea manufacturing of there new fiffa .

Same  issue to quizzes lfc .

Ridiculous issue. My son turned 15 yesterday and I can confirm the problem immediately disappeared.
