PC freezing and resuming all modes FC25

I keep having a weird gameplay issue where everything freezes and then resumes every 5 to 40+ seconds. It happens in every mode squad battles, rivals, rush. Offline is still playable because it resumes, but online is impossible due to the connectivity required. I'm on PC through the EA app, and my pc is not overheating or anything on my end. I have video evidence but the attachment is too large. Thanks in advance for anyone reading this.
