PC overheats while playing

Hallo, 
Immer wenn ich Spiele wird mein ganzer PC unglaublich heiss, also das ist auf keinen Fall normal. Aber es liegt an meinem PC, habe in keinem anderen Spiel probleme. Ob ich die Settings hoch und runter mache, es bleibt immer gleich. Jedesmal wird er unfassbar heiss und es fängt an zu laggen. Vielleicht kann jemand helfen?

Hello, Whenever I play games, my entire PC gets incredibly hot, which is definitely not normal. But it's my PC's fault; I don't have any other problems with any other game.
