PC player experiencing lag spikes/ stuttering

Im a pc player and ever since ive played ea fc 25, ive been experiencing lag and stuttering non stop on ultimate team. My wifi is fast and stable and i play on a 4060 laptop so it is more than capable of running fifa. Also my ping before matches is alwsys 15-20. I’ve tried lowering graphics settings turning off vsync and many other supposed fixes, but there has been no improvement. Its a bit disappointing that EA Fc has so many bugs on PC.
