Thanks for reaching out to the community! When you have a moment can we see if the following steps help?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
It didn't work.
A lot of people have this problem. I don't think the problem has an individual solution.
It happens also on playstation 5!!
