[PC] Player input freezing every game

I have a pretty solid PC, GPU changed last month, no performance issues on any game I have played so far. Played EA FC 24 on PC as well and it was smooth but its terrible in EA FC 25. I press pass and my player passes after a whole second. I have never had such a huge input delay, it feels so unresponsive. And its not performace problem, cuz I tried low settings too. Anybody who has some idea what could fix it ?

It's funny how you dare ask for account details or HW specs when it's quite obviously SW issue.
i7 9700k, 32GB, RTX 4080, never had such issues with other games
Menus or cutscenes are perfectly fine, but as soon as a match starts, the game becomes unplayable. Tried changing all graphics settings, min or max makes zero difference.
To me it seems like there is some background process within the game itself (maybe anti-cheat or whatever) causing this issue.
