I have this same problem and your solutions do not work.
Please provide instructions for a refund.
This game is unplayable. This is an official request for refund. No additional info is needed on my account, as this is directly from my EA account.
If I do not hear back by the minimum timeframe by law, I will be issuing a chargeback through my bank.
