Well, NVIDIA to the rescue.
New drivers brought an improvement performance-wise, but the controls/reactions lag is still obvious.
No luck it's same for me
Try this everyone
Have you all tried...
Head to Game Settings > Graphics Mode and switch to Favour Resolution.
Also...
Go to Control Settings and turn OFF Reaction Time Modifier.
How does it feel now?
Anything for AMD?
Try capping game at 60 fps if you can somewhere in amd setting
