Hello friends. After trying several ways, I managed to solve this problem. I did so many things that I don't really know what solved it, but here are the steps I followed: 1- Update Nvidia driver, 2- Delete all cache files in %appdata% (both eapp cache, EAFC25 cache, etc., when you go in there, you will navigate and delete everything that has to do with EA, or EaFC. 3- I disabled Vsync in the Nvidia control panel, 4- I am playing the game only in full window mode, 5- I disabled dynamic resolution within the game, 6- I disabled Vsync within the game. I hope that solves it for you. I will leave the topic open.
