PC to Xbox

I have been playing the past week on my PC using the EA app and EA Play Pro. I've been playing both Manager Career and Player Career. Now that the full game is available on Xbox, I'm trying to play on the Xbox. However, neither of my saved careers are available on the Xbox and my Season Pass progress isn't showing either.

Am I able to share progress and saved games between Xbox and PC?
