Performance issues when playing online

I have been having stuttering problems on EAFC when playing online. I know it is not my PC's capability, as all the other offline modes run smoothly (career mode, squad battles). I know it is not a ping issue as I am running games on 4ms, and I do not have any connectivity issues in any other online games outside of EAFC. What could be the underlying issue here, as it can get pretty bad and cost games for me. Thank you.
