performance issues

Hello,

I've been playing the game regularly for the past month, but recently I've been experiencing serious performance issues. The game takes around 5 minutes just to launch, and any mode I try to access—such as Seasons or Manager Mode—also takes about 5 minutes to load and another 5 minutes to exit. The screen constantly shows "loading," making the game nearly unplayable.

Additionally, I couldn't find any official support email to report this issue, so I'm not sure where to get help.

I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem as soon as possible.
