Permanent Ban without even notice Fc 25

I buy fc 25 through steam 2 novmber 2025 , after 6 days i got that ban on 8 novmber  after appealing , it was mentioned in respose that i am farming , that was not even known its my first online Fut ...

I also got banned after changing my Steam controller settings. This can't be a coincidence. disgrace.

    i think this is false postive ban ,,, but why they determined as farming ?!
