Persistent Camera Stutter/Jitter at High FPS on AMD GPUs in EA Sports FC 25

The issue does not occur on NVIDIA GPUs  under the same conditions, suggesting a potential compatibility or pacing mismatch between the Frostbite engine’s camera logic and AMD's frame delivery at high framerates.

I had a friend test it on his 3070 and had no issues over 210 fps.
