Player picks on web app

Was gonna do guendouzi and John Stones, but I did both picks in the web app. When I tried to take the CDM + CM Guendouzi it picked the other one (CM + CAM), even though I was 100% sure i picked the right one (CDM+CM). Same thing happened to the stones player pick, it picked the 86 pace one and not the 89 pace which I wanted and 100% sure I picked...... anybody else have this problem? Would like to issue a complaint to EA, and create a ticket but I cant, so IDK what to do from here
