Players disappear during online games

I start my online games with complete 11 players and few minutes into the game, some players go missing. Example; I’m using England and about 15mins into the game, Kane and Bellingham disappears leav...

Hey Gallantvoyage​ You may need to re-download your squad updates again. You can reset and re-download squad updates from the main menu in the game. Let us know how that goes.

I just tried it and didn’t work. I did a reset, downloaded squad updates and restarted the ps5 console. I used England for online seasons and after about 18mins, I couldn’t control Kane and Bellingham and the two players disappeared and I got an error message that game couldn’t sync.
