Players disappearing from Store

I’ve opened a couple of packs and pulled repeats of both team of the season Dani Vivian and Kounde and I put both in SBCs so I could go back and send the new ones to my club but they disappeared after I had already put the players in the SBC. Now I am down two defenders and they won’t even show up in quick sell recovery on the app. Very frustrating
