PLAYERS NOT FOUND

Why are my players coming up not found after the update, for the amount of time I’ve put into this game and every fifa since I can remember if this isn’t resolved I will never waste my time with EA again, i haven’t been hacked as I still have all my coins all my fc points and all tradeable players it’s just certain evos I’ve worked on, the paid maradonna evo also grassroot greats and fantasy fc players aren’t appearing and are now not found
