Players running slow and reacting slower as well

initially a month ago my players started feeling sluggish while running and when ever i was going to react after a pass the turn was always delayed. I have tried every method such as buying a new controller reseting my xbox reinstalling fc 25 and checking my settings. Can the technical support team reset my gameplay tuning data or side cache data as a solution??
