playstation account

When I log in to play on my PlayStation 5 and enter Fc 25 it does not register me with my EA account, it says you could not be registered and I click on this link R3 R3 to reconnect but it shows me the same thing even though I have registered and linked my PlayStation account on EA. I have to log in to the EA app to reconnect and it connects, so what should I do?

Hey A_ZRX8,

Could you share a screenshot of the exact error that you're getting?

Also, just to check, when you log in to the EA app with your PlayStation account, does it then work on your PlayStation or do you still get errors?
