Please Help - My Playing 11 is not present in the club

HI ..  I have already reached out to the customer care executive and already sent a mail with all details.  I just finished Bale SBC last night and last week bought FC points to complete Dembel...

Brother I have already opened the case, have begged the agents to look into this matter .. But the initially said no fix and then they have moved it on IN PROGRESS

Can you please help, its too depressing :(
