Points not transferred across, have seen it is suppose to offer.

Points not transferred across from fc24 to fc 25 read online was supposed to be promoted with choice to transfer but don’t remember seeing this.  is there a way to do this manually?

    Hi there, @ashpaul9 

    Make sure you're on the same platform and account that the FC 24 points are in. If that's correct, most likely, the pop up was accidentally declined. You can try contacting an advisor to see if there's anything they can do to help by opening a case here.

Had this exact problem myself, spoke to someone from EA for around an hour and in the end they said theyd pass it on to someone else. Not had any update since and the ticket has been closed as “fixed” when i havent got my points transferred over from fc24
