Points transfer not appearing

I still have like 3k ea fc 24 points but never even got the option to tranafer them can this issue be solved?

@Haysdd345 Usually, when you log into fc25 for the first time with the same account, you get an option to transfer fc points from the old version to the new version.

If you have not received that option, then try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/

@Haysdd345 Sometimes you also have to clear your system cache by restarting your console and turning off the power. This should trigger the transfer pop-up again. In case of any further issues, just follow the steps listed in the previous post. 😉
