Premium Season 7 Pass Purchase Failed – Coins Deducted
Dear EA Support Team,
I recently attempted to purchase the Premium Season Pass for Season 7 through the EA FC 25 Companion App, but I encountered an issue during the transaction.
After initiating the purchase, I received an error stating that the transaction had failed. Immediately afterward, my FC HUB was locked, and I was unable to access the Season Pass section to verify the status of the purchase.
Later, when I reopened the app, I noticed that 500,000 coins had been deducted from my account. However, I did not receive the Premium Pass, nor did I gain access to any of its associated rewards or benefits.
Here’s a summary of what happened:
