Present Pack Issue

Spent 3 million coins on snow and opened all the present packs December 22nd and only pulled medium presents. This was out of a XL Present, its a medium present not XL. I want my coins back since I didn’t get what I was supposed to and EA Help didnt help. Bolt and Lock is a medium present and pulled it from a XL present pack.
