Man, none.
even in existing threads with moderators and tech support actively communicating, the moment this is brought up we all get ignored.
We haven’t played at all for the better part of two and a half weeks now, not sure if it was this thread or another (I didn’t check before replying) but there was another player who commented and they’re going on 6 weeks.
EA has always been anti-consumer but this is really messed up. I’m really considering a charge back for my last few months of EA PRO and cancelling it, but I’m holding out on a shred of hope 🥲
Yeah that’s me and my mate been happening for 6 weeks now and no changes other than they say to get all my mates to put a from out but no one responds like you said
