By some Miracle, after a month of trying, I got mine to start working again; what I gathered from most people affected (including myself), club ai or some aspect of the club you're apart of was edited and saved, which caused some type of glitch in the game which prevented members of their specific club from loading into clubs mode. I'm not the manager of the club but speaking to them and others on here confirmed it.
This is what I did and btw, I'm on PC, so console players, your mileage may vary:
- step 1: delete everything there except your tactics saves. (Don't worry, EA has a backup of your progress on their end so it will be restored when u try to load in again).
- step 2: On PC, in the EA App or Steam, repair the game/ verify file integrity, (if u can do it on playstation, do so. on xbox shut down the console, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds to a minute).
- step 3:,open the game, dont connect to EA servers until you get to main menu,
- step 4: GO into ultimate team, it will connect you to EA servers. After it is done downloading updates and loading ultimate team, close the game.
-Step5:, load back up and delete the ultimate team save file, relaunch your game again, go into ultimate team, when it is downloading ultimate team updates, cancel it then just leave that mode, then try going into clubs.
- If it crashes again, just repeat steps 1 - 5.
You may have to do it a few times. if the first 5 times u do it doesn't work. Try again later, I did it a few times this morning, then tried again tonight and it worked on my first try, got lucky lol.

So it’s a temporary workaround? You’d have to do this every time you want to access clubs? If so have you tried doing anything with club customisation after getting back in?
I’ve tried replicating this on PS5 with various alternations on the above method but having no luck on my end. Maybe others can figure out a way. Really hope something is done to fix it but not holding my breath
Not exactly, the issue is in the club you're apart of, so as soon as I was able to access clubs mode I left my club, that fixed the crashing issue. I can enter and leave clubs as I please now.
Not working for me either on Xbox Series S. I think it's fair to say EA just don't care. For such a massive company their tech support is awful. Live chat advisors whose only solution is to redirect you to a forum where you will probably get ignored. Is that really the best EA can do? Not a chance I buy FC26 or any other EA game in the future.
