UPDATE TO HOW I GOT IT FIXED FOR MY CLUB MATES:
- NOTE: This was done on an Xbox Series S, I can confirm it works for PC as well, not sure if PlayStation will have the same success.
- You may have to try a few times so be patient, the game is bugged after all.
- Play a game of ultimate team friendlies, any mode should suffice, (I played Mystery ball each time I tried)
- Finish the match or leave the match well into the 2nd half, 70th minute onwards.
- Then immediately go to clubs, it should load in.
(if it crash when u enter clubs, just delete the ultimate team save file ingame "settings>profile>delete", then go into ultimate team, play a match and try to enter clubs again)
- Once you're in leave the club, if you're the manager/ club owner, remove everyone from the club as fast as u can, then leave the club yourself.

If that doesn't work you will just need to keep trying or wait for EA to fix the issue.
