Pro clubs crashing

When clubs is selected on the main eafc menu we are automatically put back to the Home Screen and have been for 6 weeks. This is simply not good enough and embarrassing. Yet I believe if this happened to people on ultimate team it would be sorted in seconds so they can spend more fifa points on packs. Our pro clubs currently has 12 players who are actively waiting for you to sort this out and still nothing. As a club we played over 1000 games last year as we enjoyed this game mode very much however we are not being stopped from doing so. The majority of our club has purchased this game for this one game mode so if cannot be fixed I would expect full compensation for all our club. Could you please sort this out urgently and get back to me asap as this is really unprofessional and embarrassing! If this cannot be sorted myself and the other 11 members will not be buying the game next year as we can’t play the one game mode we actually want to play.
