Severe Input Delay Linked Only to My EA Account – Tested on Multiple Devices
Hello EA team,
I’m experiencing very bad input delay in EA SPORTS FC 25, but only when I use my main EA account.
Here is what I tried:
I played on another PC with a different internet connection using my account — same delay
I tested my brother’s EA account on my PC — no delay at all
I updated my router firmware
I cleared game cache and local files
I turned off V-Sync and set a fixed FPS
I changed to borderless mode and lowered graphics settings
I even reduced items in my club
The delay is always there when using my account, no matter what device or network I use. This shows it is not a network or hardware issue — it is something wrong with my EA account itself.
I already contacted EA Live Chat and they created a case for me. They told me to post this issue here so the technical team or community team can investigate.
Please help by doing the following:
Reset my matchmaking profile
Clear any cache or corrupted data linked to my account
Check if my account is stuck on a wrong server or routing path
